Hi all,

Following the issue of the draft calendar PHEA are looking to have a stand at 'Classics at Glemham' on the 3rd September, I have spoken to the organisers already and they would like us to book stand space based on the number of potential display cars. Therefore I would like to gauge interest before I book a 10 car stand and only 3 are likely to turn up so that it is fair for all clubs and the spaces provided. Details can be found here...
https://www.glemhamhall.co.uk/events/classic-cars-...

Thanks

Hello All,

We have an 8 car stand at Classics at Glemham and so far only two attendees so plenty of space for others to come along, in addition to all the others club stands there is a selection of vehicles including Steam engines see https://classicsglemham.org.uk/ for more details. Club cars are £10 per vehicle including driver and one passenger, ticket details are on the website.

As we are quickly approaching the cut off date for the Classics at Glemham is there are more takers, currently only one confirmed as going, which is going to look lonely on a 10 car stand, and a little disappointing frown. If you have already booked a ticket then please mention it here so we know how many to expect, we have until the 14th August to confirm numbers. Thanks.

Am I going to be on my own?
Hi, it looks very much like it, I had to provide vehicle details by 17.00 today and payment. You said you'd already brought your ticket, if this is the case you were in as a private exhibitor anyway and not on the PistonHeads stand.

I will inform the organisers that there will be no attendance from PistonHeads this year.

When I made my booking I made it clear that I wanted to be part of the PH stand, so
I didn't make a "personal" booking at all! I'm really mystified by this lack of interest
because the Glemham show surely ranks up there with the other key Suffolk shows.

Regards,
Steve

Hi Steve, have you paid anything? I maybe able to add you to another stand if not, so that you don't miss out. It is £10 per car.

Regards

Craig.

Hi Craig,

I bought my ticket back in February and indicated that I wanted to be part of
the PH stand, just like last year.

Regards.

Due to only one attendee I have informed the organisers that there will be no PH stand this year.
