Excellent I'll speak to Nick (ncs) tomorrow and see what the South East London and North West Kent (phew that's a mouthful) will be doing.

Fancy getting there early, having some nosh en-route, have an early afternoon sauna to chill-out for the drinkathon

I can't swim, so if you see me in the pool, it's because I'm drowning. Please feel free to jump in and save me. I'd also like to request that Katwoman does the mouth to mouth
Just don't swallow the water then, I'm sure the taste of N17 would leave her scarred!

If I've still got the or found a Cerbera you're welcome to a lift mate.

Otherwise I'll be hitchhiking too, as I won't even ask to borrow the family car...

If there is going to be a Docklands Detour to this party, then I am in.

Erm, anyone know where I can get a Black Tie ? and Suit ?
Err, look out of your window, spot the big tower with the flashing light and head towards it during daylight hours - enter aforementioned building and be impressed at the number of shops selling suits for the people who work above!

Dinner jacket rather than a suit, mind you I'm not expert having only hired them before... Figure its time to buy something rather than wear something someone else has been sick on!

First suit - always amazes me that that the web side of IT manages to avoid wearing suits altogether, I've been in corporate sales meetings where we're pitching and our web "team" turns up with a bleached mohican dressed for a night of apres-ski, we're all suited and booted but nobody seems to worry!

For those of us departing from Dartford Hilton at 12:15...

Does anyone fancy a breakfast stop first? The Hilton itself is extortionate and useless I've found, so does anyone know of anywhere better quite close?

How about McDonalds in Crayford? Unlike the McD in Dartford, the Crayford location has a DriveThru and presumably parking? It is 5 minutes/3 miles from The Dartford Hilton...

Nells cafe and the nearest Little Chef are at Cobham - bit too far away.

Directions from the Hilton:
Nick,

I've spoken to ncs and the general concensus is to get breakfast before meeting at the Hilton in Dartford or to grab something at South Mimms.

I might pop into Bluewater myself depending upon timings or make use of the van between Greenhithe and the Eastern exit to the A2, not sure yet

Tripps, I'm happy to meet for some brekkie. Tell me where and when. Bluewater would be fine for me as will I go past it on the way to the Hilton.
We're departing from the Hilton at 12:00, so shall we say 11:00 at Bluewater.

The food court at the front has lots of eateries but parking is better on the left side past the cinema but only has a Burger King there now...

YHM anyway!

Any other takers?

Tripps, no email yet (having problems with my system today). Burger King at 11am is fine with me. See you there? I've sent you a PHM you with my mobile.
Got it

If you park at the first car-park going clock-wise around after the cinema, there is often good company in that car park

See you tomorrow for a BK

Surely the promise of Burger King is enough to have you getting up and ready at the crack of dawn?

Just thought, Tootsies sell breakfasts on their lunch menu so may well be open for late breakfasts so we can have some proper nosh

It's located in the Water Circus (posh food court near the cinema on the lower floor)

I'll pop over and check it out before meeting at BK....
