Oakdene Cafe - gone forever

What a shame to see the Oakdene Cafe in Wrotham Heath is no longer. There are more new industrial units being built there.

First the lay-by was completely blocked off and now the cafe has gone. Seems someone was determined to stop the bikers having their fun on a Wednesday evening at all costs..

Wonder where they will go now? it became amazingly popular over the last few years and the bikers' antics did get a bit more extreme but it made a quiet fairly boring part of the area quite interesting....

I used to love the challenge of trying to order your breakfast without the old lady behind the counter being able to ask you just one more qustion:-
Full breakfast please, no tomatoes, beans, toast, coffee, no sugar. (yesss!!!)
Black or white coffee? -Aaaargh!!!
