I need some help in identifying this US Military uniform from the late 1960s.

If anyone can tell me which service it pertains to, and any other possible useful details, I would be most grateful.

This is what the Army called the Class A Service uniform. Designed post WWII and in place until a few yrs back. I was on the Army from 1986-2016 and wore this uniform almost the entire time when needed of course. Looking the picture above and based on the fact that the soldier has no service ribbons or anything else, the pic is a typical basic training picture.
