Local party venue, barn, pub, house

Evening all,

Want to book a venue for a bday party, there will only probably be about 20-30 people so doesn't need to be huge.

Just want our own space to have some drinks and a laugh.

Happy to do a big BBQ self catering style, but would consider pub grub if the venue was otherwise perfect.

A barn in the countryside, a house/cottage with a bit of privacy and a garden, that type of thing.

Berkshire, ideally near Wokingham/reading but will consider further

Any suggestions?

Yeh that's way off, budget wise, I'm more thinking air bnb cottage, barn with hay bales or room/building attached to pub
