Swore I heard a Chinook thumping its way towards central Reading last night (Tuesday) about mid-night. Rather than going away it then seemed to be producing a constant note for about 15-20 minutes - hovering? Anyone-else hear it /know what it was up to? Cheers, Pewe.
Thanks, seems likely I wasn't hearing things. Friends who live near Petersfield grew quite used to late night/early hours drops, especially when something was going to kick off. Cheers, Pewe
Seems like there must be a lot of military activity currently around Berks/Hants. FDMC event at Deepcut last Sunday was cancelled with three days notice due to the military requiring the ground..... Cheers, Pewe.
