We did a fixed price menu last year and a drinks bill per area I think, as far as i know it worked well

I can work on an all-inclusive price if that's what the everyone wants, but it will have to be EVERYBODY agreeing otherwise it'll be a nightmare trying to organise.

Problem is with the Drink is we will inevitably drink more than is included.
