Confused by the fiesta mk7.5 trim versions

Considering a Mk7.5 ecoboost fiesta but a bit confused by the various versions.
ST line Red, Stline Black and Zetec ST seem to be the same thing. But with slightly different trim. Some have 17inch rims and some 15. Having asked the main dealer salesman it seems unclear if the ST versions actually have lowered/ stiffened suspension or they just appear that way because of the lower profile rubber.
One of the mapping companies tells me that the 100bhp and the 123 bhp engines are identical other than the map.
It is all very confusing.
