Focus ST170 and/or Fiesta ST
Discussion
Hi all,
I'm considering one of the above 2 as my next car. It'll be my daily driver and be clocking about 25k a year.
I'm interested to hear from people with experience of either with regards to:
-Build Quality
-Relaibility
-Servicing / Running Costs
-Fuel consumption (normal and best to be expected)
-Points to look for when viewing either
v v v v important for me is to be able to get a roof rack for taking my bikes about. Can the 3dr versions of these cars be fitted with bars?

I'm not a fan of the "Viper" bonnet and roof stripes, but they can always be removed.
White / Blue & Red / White are my favourite colour schemes for the Fiesta.
Focus absolutely HAS to be be 3dr, and really must be black too .... quite lick the light non-metallic blue though if one were to appear.
Extra Question Makes no difference to the mpg, just the frequency that I will need to queue behind the dead heads at the petrol stations. What do the 'festa and focus hold in the fuel tanks in litres?

Personally I think the ST170 is looking a little dated.
The Fiesta ST is a cracking looking car especially in white with side strips (not a fan of 'over the top')
Are you blind? I cant think of a single way the Fiesta looks better than the ST170 The Fiesta ST is a cracking looking car especially in white with side strips (not a fan of 'over the top')
