This looks like a very interesting option for those of us interested in upgrading to a sequential gear shift WITHOUT replacing the gearbox. Direct bolt on for pretty much all Tremec manual gear boxes!

It doesn’t negate the need for de-clutching, so flat shifting is a no go due to the core gearbox being unchanged, but pretty cool none the less. I wonder how effective/prone to jamming it would actually be in use?

I’m guessing the next step for this system would be a power shift option with wheel mounted paddle shifters. Replacing the lever with an actuator wouldn’t be terribly difficult to do. Although still having to declutch might render such a complication a little pointless?
