DAMAGED REPAIRED CHIMAERA

There is a Chimaera advertised here and on EBay which I recently put a deposit on.When I HPIvchecked the car she came back as damage REPAIRED.I informed the owner who claimed he had no knowledge of this and refunded my money.The car is advertised again with no mention of the damage .I have informed EBay what should aim do here.He also claims to be a private seller which he is not
