New garage getting built for my 1988 Wedge 350i and 2005 Tuscan S ( under cover in photo).

Concrete base poured last week, now for a 6m x 5m cartlodge style garage to be installed next month.

I don't have a clue how to use a spanner, so not too much work being done on the cars by me.

Cost of concrete base £3,250. Cartlodge style double garage estimate £12,000.

" Is 12k about ballpark for a 2 bay? "

Yes about right. Mine should be circa £11K including guttering and electrics and 2 pairs of garage doors. 5.8m long x 5.0m wide. Concrete base was £3K.

Nearly there. Doors, guttering, windows and electrics to do.

Matt - Thanks. Long time no see.

Flipflop - How many cars do you have ? We met briefly at the Silverstone classic a couple of years ago.
