Steering bad after new ball joints

Hi to all
As youmay have read I've had a lot of problems with worn out steering parts and have recently replaced thestruts with all new suspension parts, drop links and wishbone bushes. So today I drill out the rivets and replaced the worn out ball joints. Downside is the cars steering has become dangerous. If I'm steering say to the right the steering will suddenly over steer without warning. Plus if I'm driving the car will suddenly veer without warning. All bolts were torqued up and only removed the wishbone, no other components. Oh it doesn't seem to do it at high speeds of 50 and about
Any help would be appreciated

Ok the geometry was done 3 weeks ago but this was before the struts failed. So after my initial post I took the car and had the front aligned. The passenger front wheel was out badly, 8mm. Divers wheel only by 2 mm. It's certainly improved but when taking a left hand bend the car will, without warning suddenly over steer to the left, like someone suddenly turned it more. Going around right bend or round snouts is fine

Ok so an update. After a good friend of mine who's an actual mechanic came round to check over the car, it was found that I had made a rather stupid mistake and not fully tightened the ball joint enough on or side. However checking the othe he wasn't happy with it and believed it faulty. It was replaced and the car is fine yet again. He has advised that the rear drop inks are worn tho so that's the next job.
