Will peugeot 407 wheel hubs fit a 406?

I want alloys but my options are limited so I want the PCD from the peugeot 407. Will 407 wheel hubs replace 406 wheel hubs and will they be a direct swap or will something need work doing? Sorry if any of my questions sound dumb

There aren't loads about as I want them to fill the arches more. Everything in the right PCD is far higher offset meaning even wider wheels will retract into the arch more than the standard ones.

I want to go 4 stud to 5 stud otherwise I would consider it. There are 4 to 5 stud adapters but I don't know if they'd be safe.
