Creaking noise when driving over the hump into my drive way

Hi guys, just recently a creaking suddenly started over the course of a couple of days (I noticed it in this time at least anyway).

When I drive into my driveway I kind of have to drive over a curve on the ground like a hump so I go up then down with the car and the noise is also apparent when I reverse into my parking spot as the parking spot slopes upwards,

The noise is a creaking sound and I can replicate it just by the lightest push down on the back of the car, it creaks when it goes up and when it goes down and sounds like it is coming from right behind the wheel itself. It sounds like someone humping on a creaky bed.

Thanks QUick update though. I just went down to check the bounce again after it has been parked up for 30 minutes and I can hardly make it creak without pushing it really hard, it hardly creaks now? Strange.

Hmm it was a dry night but I did notice it was a bit worse after a shower we had earlier. Is it a job I could do myself? I dont want to pay something stupid like £200 to get it done, spent enough on this car since I bought it.

P.S. ive had new control arms put on when I had to get the alignment bolts cut off and replaced.
