I've got a fairly unused front tyres that are showing cracks between the outer treads... Are these dangerous? I'm baffled as the tyres at the back are older and have less tread (different brand) don't have cracking anywhere.

Just to add... The inside edge doesn't have cracks

Wouldn't say they'd be unsafe.
Yeah the front did sit under the sun more than the back for about 3 months during lockdown. There's more shade to the back. Is uv damage bad?

That's great to hear. I've ordered a new car but that's not coming for another 2 months so I really don't want to be spending unnecessarily for this car anymore. And these are Falkens
