Interesting, how can you tell? No, I don't ever buy part worn tyres, this is a new to me car, so wouldn't know...

You pay good money for Continentals.

You can do 100mph on tyres.

Do you trust them?

Take them back to the garage that you bought them from. They should contact Continental. They shouldn't be cracking at 3yrs old.

Typically decent brands have upto 5yrs on manufacturing defects.
I never bought the tyres pal, the car is a new to me car, no idea where the tyres came from or when in its life.
