Doesn't look too deep. They are date stamped 2009 so are older but have plenty of tread on them and otherwise pass visual inspection. Not a good time to be buying tyres and I suspect replacing these wont be cheap , they seem to have gone up by 35% recently too.

They look pretty ropey to me, I'd replace 'em. Out of interest, what car are they on?
A Dodge Van B250, 235/75 R15, they are not as expensive as I had feared.

I was thinking these were doing Ok until I saw those cracks. "11 years old but no cracks and plenty of tread" was my policy but I can see that tread section separating on those cracks and flying off at speed and that wouldn't be good.

I've gone for these bad boys, cost was less than I feared and they had an offer on them at Costco

These get some good reviews for low road noise but will give me the flexibility to take this thing skiing or to go off road camping. I don't do huge miles but I do some motorway driving as well as mountain roads
