Tyre help again….

Hello,
I need new tyres for the first time since getting my BMW 640. The current tyres are 245/45 ZRF 18 100 XL M + S

What does the M + S mean and is it important. I normally go to Blackcircles and they don’t appear to have these from any of their suppliers.

Cheers Mud and Snow…. Found is afterwards. I’ll get a photo later ! They’ve been on the car since purchased in July 22 and were fitted new at the time. I’m about 2 mm above the marker but some outside wear on the front left so will need to get tracking sorted afterwards.

They’ve performed well in all weathers but given my driving is at 20mph around the centre of Bristol and the car hasn’t been more than 30 miles from home they’ve worn well too.
