Car garaged for 5 years or so needs cleaning

Hi folks,

I have recently purchased a pearl white car that has been laid up in a garage as I said in the title for around 5 years, it has not seen any polish or wax for the entire time although it has been washed around 3 or 4 times!
What should I be doing with this to get the best out of the paint and what products would be best suited to doing it, I do have in the garage various Autoglym bottles but would love to find out better how to put them to use properly
I have a Karcher 3.65 pressure washer with a soap bottle attached, what shampoo would be recommended to use with it and where do I get it from

Thanks Gary, I have the Meguires clay kit, what is the best lubricant to use in conjunction with it.

I have a bottle of the Megs quick detailer sat gathering dust, nice one.

I will post up some photo's when I get home of before and after no problem and thanks again for the tips
