Which products to buy to protect new car?
Discussion
Picking up a brand new car on Wednesday and I'd like to apply something to protect the paint work as much as possible.
I know the paint finish isn't the best on new cars (especially BMW's) but I'd still like to protect it as best I can until I can get it detailed.
Is it worth applying something Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax?
Any advice would be much appreciated. The car is alpine white if that makes a difference.

How long before you get it detailed?
Hopefully in the next month or so, but just waiting on starting a new job so depends on the finances. As it happens, just got an £100 voucher for www.theultimatefinish.co.uk - so can anyone suggest a range of products to use? I haven't got a clue.
