Recommended random orbital polishers?

I have a black 2011 Jag XJR and the paintwork has seen some rough times before my ownership, in the sun it looks pretty bad and I want to sort it out. I have poor boys black hole, but i think it needs some proper correction!
As with everything I want the best for the least money! But to be honest once the paint is corrected I'll then just maintain and it will probably sit in the garage so I don't want to blow a lot. Any advice is much appreciated!

As suggested a Das-6 and med pad/ex04-06 is a great combination, with the added bonus that you can use the machine in future for scratch repairs or even just to speed up glaze/wax/sealant application.
