Best leather conditioner / cleaner?

Hi all,

I'm looking at buying an old Rangie that needs tlc on the leather front.

What are your recommendations?

I don't care about the leather smell, but it needs to restore colour, nourish the leather so it doesn't dry and crack and last the test of time, as I don't want to do anything t again for a good year or so.

Thanks for the info, all. Are any good at sorting out cracks? I'd like to make them less apparent, if possible.
