Swirly black plastic pillars

Hi all - I have a (new to me) A45 in white. It's only 9 months old, 2000 miles, but it was a dealer demo and the paint is a bit swirly. I can live with it for now on the bodywork as being white it doesn't show too much. However the black plastic pillars are really swirly and look awful.

Any ideas how I can rectify them, or someone I could take it to for a reasonable amount of money to sort out ! (I'm in Surrey)

Hi guys - they're gloss plastic, but I'd be too nervous of doing anything to them other than a light hand polish. I'll try to find a local detailer who I trust!

What do you mean by a Ceramic coating ?
