How heat resistant is 2k paint?

I know it's fine for engine blocks, but what about a cam cover? It shouldn't see much over 100'c.
Edit:
I've just been speaking to a paint guy who said it might blister over time and Celly might be a better bet, so will do some research tonight.
It has to be a mixable paint and not just any heat resistant as it has to be a specific shade.
