Diamond cut alloy wheel minor scuff mark advice/help needed

Hi,

I have a small scuff on my diamond cut alloy. Can I use something like T-Cut to polish this out?

Or would I have to sand it down slightly and then put some laquer on it? (I've no idea what kind of sand paper I would have to use!)

Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.
