How to remove bird poo etchings?

Thought that I never had any bird poop etchings but when looking at my Range Rover under the sun I can see I have like 4 bird poo etchings/ stains, I polished them with mer car polish yet I can still see them how do I remove these?

Oh really? What can I do to check if it may have damaged the paint

I have a buffing machine do you think I could get these stains out using this?

Ok I have just polished my roof with a buffing machine and then used a rag to clean the roof, when I cleaned the roof with the rag I applied a bit of pressure and when I applied the pressure it made like this popping nose in the body work and the roof looked like it was denting inwards slightly but then dented outwards again, however, I can’t see any dents on the roof,do you think I might have damaged my cars roof at all, the bird etching marks are gone now though!
