On a whim, and trying to ease my irritation at my silver-coloured car never looking as shiny as darker-coloured cars, I polished the front lid with Antiqua original wax polish. I bought the stuff to polish a kitchen table and parquet floor. Well, the bonnet lid was a bit hard to buff up with my ordinary yellow polishing cloth, but it looks beautiful with a deep shine.
I can't be arsed with snow foam and clay bars and microfibre cloths and all the other detailing stuff, feeling that a wash with shampoo, drying off with chamois leather and application of polish and elbow grease should be good enough.
Anyone had a similar experience?
