Remove Fog-X

Picked up a bottle of Fog-X because according to the bottle it ' prevents your car windows steaming up'.

So I put on a tiny amount and wiped off the excess and if anything it's made the windows fog up more and hazy at dusk.

I want to get rid but using a microfibre cloth just sees to move it about and not remove it.

Any Advice?
