Rust

Hello all - I don’t know what’s best for sorting the rust on the drums(?). I think the car stood for a while, but used regularly now.

Any recommendations to sort/treat would be appreciated! Thank you

Update if anyone is bothered, MOT advisory says pads are roughly 70% worn so will look at getting coated discs as suggested above to sort this. Thank you to all for suggestions.
