As the title says , can you T Cut them out ? would I be wasting my time or possibly making things worse ? The constant problem I have is I drive 100 miles or so to an event and then try to clean bugs and any grime off with water and glass cleaner , over the years I have managed to accumulate a few scratches from minute debris present at the time.

Thanks for the advice , they are only light I think and you tend to see them on Sunny days more than others *struggles to find a picture from last years events when it was sunny* Fairly straight glass on a Mk2 "shoebox" Cortina as well.

Thanks for that , I hadn't seen any previous threads. I wanted to just sort it in place if possible , less hassle and risk to the recent new headlining , a series one screen is a different size to the others (larger) out there and harder to obtain , as you can see it spoils the view on a sunny day !

Update - I went to a screen centre this morning and they were sceptical they could do anything to help , it looks like nothing ventured nothing gained , so on with the kits - Autoglym or ANother will be tried , I have a spare screen if it a goes wrong.

And yes I have updated my user name during the course of this thread - schizophrenicsrus biggrin if I could spell it laugh

Indeed , not naming the company involved but it is not uncommon for modern facilities to run to the hills when you mention you have something old and cherished , the fuss I had finding somewhere to spray a door last time eek
