I chatted with the owner of this RHD Barchetta,he originally went to an auction to buy a Frogeye Sprite but heard about this car for sale and binned the Sprite idea and bought this instead. He said he'x wanted a Barchetta for ages but not LHD and he didn't know that any RHD cars existed.
Rarer than hens teeth but some out there.

None of them were factory done.

Dtr Sports cars who imported them when new, converted 6 cars iirc but at 100 hours work it wasn't cost effective.
More cars have been converted since, some well ,some amateur, heard from one owner that his car was done in Germany which sounds odd.

That 70s brown 128 coupe was parked near to me in the general parking but Auto Italia magazine picked it out to display next to

their tent ,parked next to an F40.

I remember seeing them in period and liked the shape ,preferred it to the later 3P but nearly all the cars have rotted away ,so seeing this one is

always a highlight.

There was a racing 128 saloon in the paddock but I have a problem with the pics on phone ,I think the pic file is full ,it has 6500 pics in it.

Glad you bumped this again as I realised there was other ways to post the pics I couldn't do the other day.

How nice is this 128 ?
Driver even had a good Italian name Giovanni di Gennaro

I've moved a few more pics which I can now post.

Being LHD,this might be badged a Ritmo, rather than Strada.

This "Boule d'or" car is a replica of a car I saw in the Spa museum in Belgium in May.

Note on this car said it's done just 11500 miles, been stored under a cover for ages.
Paint was slightly rubbed in places but largely immaculate.

What a beauty in blue.
