V55 Registering an imported classic car

I have imported a classic car from the USA, a 1958 TR3A, paid the VAT man and now have to register the car with the DVLA. They have sent me the V55 form with the guidance notes - my question is do I have to complete every section on the form?

This will be used to generate the V5. When I look at the V5 for my TR4 there is very little data about the car. So do they really have to have the dimension, curb weight etc?
