The two Escorts at the front of the queue make the Beetle look positively acient. Brings back a memory from 1983 / 84 when I was living and working in London - during a quiet spell at work with my mate Dave 'Dianna' Dawes taking me for a spin in his Dad's then new XR3i, a quick blast down Old Oak Common Lane and a particularly hairy drive along the A40(M) into Paddington, long before any speed cameras appeared. The four hole alloys looked like something from 'Tomorrow's World' .Edit: had a search on Google and the RS1600i had body coloured bumpers,as did the XR3i, so may not be either.
