The FB post was just the pictures that are here , the poster said he had seen them on twitter so I have absolutely no info regarding the car.
I just thought it was something I had never seen and would post here to see if anyone could recognise it , i know you all like a good puzzle.
I was wondering if it could be a rebooted 50s race car. If you look at images of 50s open wheel race cars some of the spinners look similar, although I wouldn't know the reason for doing it as people have pointed out, the access is very limited.
