I love both of these.
Im sorry to say I dont own any of the commerotaive plates off the back of the radio times, but I sky+ the hell out of these and watch them back at my leisure. Especially useful series' as there is fk all else on these days if you dont like ice dancing or cooking.

Sharpe had Obadiah Hakeswill,
played by the superb Pete Postlethwaite.
That's why it wins.
Saw him in a bar in Perth WA once. I went over and said "Hello Pete. Just wanted to tell you I thought you were brilliant in Sharpe."played by the superb Pete Postlethwaite.
That's why it wins.

Sean Bean Sean Bean in uniformPhwoar.
I have the Sharpe DVD box set and I love the Bernard Cornwell books (started reading those before they started making the tv series).Really like the later Sharpe books - set in India, before Sharpe was raised from the ranks. Somewhere I have the press packs from Central and Carlton for the original 2 series - some fabulous glossy photos in them. Also have a signed photo of Sean Bean (in uniform!) with other members of the Sharpe Cast. Oh yes and I used to be a paid up member of the Sharpe Appreciation Society
