Umwelt purchase confusion

I want to buy the green Umwelt sticker for the first time ,I've driven in cities before without one but don't feel like risking it

any more.

Firstly how much is it ?.....As I have seen quite different prices on various sites ,ranging from 8E to 18 or 32.

The .org site seems to only cater for German registered vehicles ,so which one is the site to use and trust for security.

That's not the answer I have was expecting,or hoping for.

I did a search and others seem to have bought one before but looks like I will go without again as going to a TUV place might show up my complete lack of German.

Thanks for the PM ,I'm still slightly confused ,which isn't unusual .

I went ahead and bought a green sticker online using one of the links given here.

Been into Essen and Munich so far with it.
