After looking at the Elise Sport 220 / Cup 220 for many months (even before I bought my current car), I am now really hankering after one of these.
I'm debating my options, and would welcome some feedback.
I see Lotus are still doing the 50/50 deal on the Sport 220. The retail on base is £37,450, but do any dealers offer a discount? If so, what would be achievable? This may be my preference as I'd imagine my current car would cover the first payment!
The other option would be to buy second-hand. If I do go that avenue, what things should I be looking for? I'd buy from a Lotus dealer (my most locals are B&C or Silverstone), but more thinking about options to consider (e.g. forged wheels).
