Slight oIl leak from under timing chain cover, normal?
Discussion
Hi, I just viewed a tamora today and liked the car but when having it up on the ramps I noticed oil seeping from the bottom of the timing chain cover. It was almost enough to form a few drops big enough to drip on to the floor.
I'm guessing I should be concerned and look for another one?
The garage said it is normal for them to seep some oil from here but is an engine out job if I were to want to correct it.

Leaking from the crank case seal that meets the chain cover. Is that normal?
They didn't offer to look at it. If going for the car I think I would have it insist it was taken care of or is it nothing to worry about?
Thanks a lot
Ps I hope I described that correctly, I not particularly mechanically minded
