Martin, the above video seems to have disappeared, any chance of re-posting it?

I was all ready to remove my throttle bodies knowing I had your video to refer to….

Thanks,

Chris
Hi Chris, I'm really sorry, I took the video down because I realised I made a mistake

The way I now do it is to undo the main screw on #3 till the butterfly is fully closed and with the lightest touch on the allen key, do the screw up while pressing the butterfly closed quite hard. You'll find the point where it starts trying to open it. Then repeat for the adjuster on 2, 1, 4, 5 and 6 in that order. Then back on the main screw, crack them all off by a whisker.

When actually adjusting them to the flow meter, I missed an important point in my video.

You need to start with number 3, then dial in 2 to match 3 - but you have to keep jumping back and forth with the flow meter because of course any adjustment affects the speed of the engine. The aim is to get them both the same without the engine going too fast or stalling, so you do have to do a bit of DJing with the main screw especially to begin with.
