Does anyone know what MP3(?) this is/how do I find info

I presume it belongs to an old owner of my new car. I guess it's a MP3 player but probably ties in with a aftermarket head unit? (OEM unit was refitted)
What brand is it? How to work? My OEM stereo has a MP3 button just incase it's workable but I'd need the brand (nothing on the back of the unit)
