1 Series Stereo Upgrade???

Hi everyone!!
I recently got a BMW 1 Series 08 plate and i absolutely love it!!! Only down fall is the stereo.
What is the possibility of ugrading the stereo to one with a screen thingy with built in Sat Nav, bluetooth connection etc? I currently have the business BMW stereo and a empty compartment on the dash.
Any one know if ita possible to put a screen on the dash etc?
