Jaguar S-Type Audio Upgrade

Hi all.
Few questions please:-

I have a 2003 3.0 V6 Auto (Love it!)
It has the pre facelift centre dash console, no touch screen, audio controls on Steering wheel, 6 CD in the boot, cassette on console.

Can I upgrade this to a Touch Screen system please? (Without major surgery)
Has anyone else know anything about the JagDroid system is it any good and I’m having problems finding a price for it. Any ideas please?

Hi. Since I first posted I have done a lot more research. It's looking likely that there is too much involved in doing the upgrade. It's a shame but I really like the JagDroid system.

Worth a look though!!
