wiring driving lamps

Afternoon I am having difficulty wiring in a pair of driving lamps to a toyota rav 4 2002 model I have a wiring kit but when wired as per instructions the lamps stay on even when the key is removed I have been told this is because the main beam is wired with a switchable earth could any kind soul help me out please ? many thanks.

high sss2 i would ideally like the lights to come on when I switch the high beam on or flash the headlights.thank you.
