Need scamera and Sat Nav UK and Europe

Hi Guys,
I am new to this but what I really need is the follwing, in this order:

1) Reliable Camera Detection
2) UK Maps
3) Europe Maps
4) Want to keep to a budget of <£250
(Not bothered about traffic updates, bluetooth, MP3 but if it has it great.)

I have done some research and thought I had narrowed it down to the following in this order:

1) Road Angel Navigator 7000 - thought this would have the best camera database since these guys started with this as their bread and butter, but they did come to the Sat Nav market a little later so wonder what that part of it would be like.
2) Garmin Nuvi 350 - was told their maps are the same ones the military use and were top notch. No idea about their camera database.

I didn't fancy a Tom Tom since they are a bit like a kids toy (or were, only used the early big bulky ones) but if you guys can recommend one over the others then great.

Also read up on here about the Snooper Indago, but its a bit more expensive, so is it really head and shoulders above the others? I couldn't work out if it had Europe Maps as well.

Can someone also give me some insight what sort of subscription prices I would be looking to pay for all these devices. I think I only have to pay to keep the camera database upto date but don't know if you have to pay some sort of subscription too to keep the road database up to date.
