if the snow is below your tyres, then heat in the brakes area won't be melting that snow
if you have snow as high as your brakes, you are probably stuck anyway - and therefore not sliding
if you are sliding there is no friction between tyre and road, so no heat generated there either
yes, social media is for the inane comment - perfectly suited
I wonder where ABS would feature in all of this??
