Not an example of advanced driving... (dashcam)

The driver ahead of me changed their mind about pulling into a garage. I could have anticipated this considering the fuel shortages, but I didn't. I'm not entirely sure who was at fault - at best I was driving with inadequate caution, and perhaps at worst I had no right of way to pass because they hadn't actually left the carriageway. I should certainly reacted much quicker as soon as it became clear they weren't driving directly into the garage forecourt. We didn't hit, but it must have been very close.

(the video is choppy at the beginning before settling down a bit. The quality is awful because it's a cheap dashcam and, errr, turns out I'd forgottetn to remove the protective film from the lens )
