I have a D4 (5 cylinder diesel).
Excellent car, I really like it. No problems after a year of ownership.
Are you specifically looking at petrol models? The 5 cylinder diesel are great engines. The 2.0-litre petrol is a Ford engine and gearbox, although reliability shouldn't be an issue.
The cargo size is ok, but the small hatch is a genuine pain in the arse, I've managed to fit a whole drum kit in mine but not without swearing a lot.
Ideally, I need a petrol, as I don't do the mileage for a diesel. I only do 6k a year. Excellent car, I really like it. No problems after a year of ownership.
