I've bought a load of Lego for a real bargain - It came with some Technic and they seem to be some sets that I've never seen before. I've identified the Motorbike (which I'll repair properly this weekend) but the rest I can't identify - Can anyone help me identify them at all? They might not be actual sets, but I'm not sure... Any assistance is welcome smile There's a ton more, but if I can identify what I've got, I can do some rebuilding (and decide whether I am keeping or selling any)

Thanks

JTW

I've got the pneumatic grabber working smile Result smile

And just off Facebook marketplace - well, one of the local selling sites. I put myself on an embargo, but I saw these and decided I'd buy them to see what's what

The airport set is all sun damaged so I'll be dealing with that tomorrow biggrin

Matt, a challenge for you - What's this from? It doesn't seem to fit with the other sets... biggrin

ETA: I've printed out the Bricklink sheets - I've worked out the only sanity preserving way I can rebuild these will be to take each one completely to bits, put the parts together and build up from scratch. On the plus side, the pneumatic one is mostly complete (and now clean) otherwise that would have been maddening

Before I head to Bricklink or something - or attempt a glue repair (which I don't think would hold). Has anyone got this part spare that they are willing to sell? It's a flex cable, stud length 11 long?

The helicopter (8412) is in bits now and I have loads of other parts to find, hopefully I've got them all in that lot. Or the odd bits dotted about.

Progress:

  • 2 completely stripped down, parts found, cleaned and rebuilt
  • The bike given a good clean, chain put back and an exhaust fitted (not shown in this particular photo)
  • The sub cleaned (was pretty gross), components put back (from some of my own spares) and the other modules put back - And the compressed air bit works a treat too smile
4 more to go. And the airport. And the other undersea thing. I'm actually beginning to wish I hadn't started (!)

It's taken sodding ages, but the airport is nearly built. Most of the parts are there, but the luggage vehicle and the stairs seem to be missing and I've been at this too long. I fear some of the parts have accidentally ended up in my "misc" box which is too big to be messing around with right now

However, the bleaching has had good results - not perfect and the lack of sunshine has taken it's toll, but before:
