I have a Peugeot 308 from 2012 (e-HDi) (112 bhp).

I was looking for some 5-spoke gunmetal/graphite/anthracite alloy wheels to replace the stock silver ones (17").

My price limit was £400 for all four.

The only alloys that fit the budget was the DEZENT TD graphite.

However, looking on eBay, there are many different types:

How do I know which one will fit my car?

What size are your current wheels? The width and offset should be written on them somewhere.

For the bolt circle - measure the distance from the centre of the hub to the bolt holes and double it.

ETA: Although pictures on google imply that a 2012 308 has four bolts not 5, in which case none of them will fit.

Dezent do seem to do 4 stud versions of that wheel.
I couldn't find a 17", 4-stud version on here: https://www.dezent-wheels.com/EN/products#?wheel=d...

Get your wheels refurbed in a colour you like?
I don't like the 8-stud stock Peugeot alloys. Plus, it's not far from £100 per wheel to get them refurbed anyway.
